We are women owned and women led private company of Pakistan, that exists to empower women and girls in Pakistan through: Education, Research, Innovation, Creation of Economic opportunities, skills development, Capacity building, and by making alliances that fast track women empowerment and development for being able to climb the ladders on Gender Inequality and Gender Gap Indices.
We will use Information Technology, and Media outlets as means for positive influencing, and mass campaigning.
We will establish business ventures and entities
- Women driven transport services that enhance women mobility for jobs and businesses
- Women led Skills Development Workshops, where women and girls learn new skills for economic empowerment
- Women/ girls focused surveys, researches, and analysis, that capture reflections of women and girls, opinions, voices, choices, and ideas for their empowerment, and development
- We will identify lobbyists and campaigners among mainstream political parties of Pakistan, that can influence policies and legislative reforms in favor of women empowerment and development
- We will mobilize women to use their voting rights in local , provincial and national assembly elections, for selecting candidates / political parties that has women empowerment and development agenda
- We will organize exchange and exposure programs, tours and e-meetings/ seminars for Pakistani women entrepreneurs with other businesswomen outside of Pakistan
- We will establish day care support centers for working mothers, and organize babysitting support at homes and workplaces
- We will provide platforms and services , and ideas, feasibilities and market researches for encouraging women entrepreneurs
- We will organize thought leaders sessions and inspirational and motivational talks for women and girls students, entrepreneurs to seek inspiration from success stories
- We will setup multi-media studios for recording lectures and lessons for the development, education and skills enhancement of rural women and women that reside in the remote towns of Pakistan
- We will organize confidence building, grooming, and fitness centers for women and girls
- We will organize trade fairs , workshops, expos, and training sessions for women entrepreneurs, and will also develop web portals, and smart e-financial solutions for women entrepreneurs to participate in e-commerce
- We will help women entrepreneurs to promote their sales through e-marketing and all other emerging forms of commerce
- We will work with leading corporates of Pakistan and the leading global corporates, so that women have more job opportunities, and opportunities to become their suppliers, and marketers.
- We will serve as management consultants for women entrepreneurs, and job seeking women, to help them maximize their business and job prospects
